TAPestry has pricing options to accommodate your event goals and budget.
Prices range from $550 to $2,500, depending on the day of the week you choose.
For cocktail setup, we can accommodate up to 150 people. Seated events can accommodate 95.
What is included:
TIME: 4-8 total hours, depending on package: (entire event duration, set-up and break-down). Additional hours billed at $50/hour Monday-Thursday and $150/hour on Friday-Sunday.
RENTAL: Tables, Chairs
BEVERAGE PKG: bar glassware, ice, recycling, bar set-up* (included with Unlimited Bar Packages)
SET-UP and BREAK-DOWN of Rental
EVENT HOST: TAPestry staff person on site during event
We have an in-house caterer through The Bohemian Restaurant who can offer casual buffet, box or upgraded plated options of food for your reception. If you'd prefer more flexibility on catering options, we allow use of catering services from our Approved Caterers List to provide your food and event staff. These caterers are carefully selected based on the quality of their food and service, their professionalism, consistency, and experience.
There is a kitchen available to them for warming food, and refrigeration needs.
RENTAL OF LINENS AND DISH WARE
We have black and some blue linens available and can provide a list of recommended vendors for linen and dish ware rental.
Alcohol exclusively provided by Gypsy Circus Cider Company, which offers in-house ciders, wines and meads. In addition, Gypsy provides a selection of local craft beer and distilled spirits. A bartender is provided.
CIDER/WINE/BEER: $27/per guest
NON-ALCOHOL OPTIONS (coke, tea, coffee): $7/per guest
STAGE AND AUDIO PACKAGE
Rental options are available for a mobile stage and audio equipment.
We have projection capabilities and can include your customized logo or monogram in our rotation. We also have an uplighting package that can be color customized to enhance your event.
